4 bedroom house 3 bath (1 full bath two half baths) in a wooded area near Lake Magdalene.

It is marked as a shared bathroom, because the bathroom near the room is the only bathroom with a tub, and the other two bathrooms are upstairs. You can have your own half bath (no tub) if you are willing to walk upstairs to it.

I’m a Software Engineer who works from home. My son also lives with me. Likely going to get a dog soon.

I am very quiet, no drugs or alcohol, rarely have guests except my mother every now and then.

Kid is.. a kid. Most of his noise is talking shit to other kids on xbox, but you’re allowed to spray him with water.
