I am currently renting a 3/1 house just outside of Ft Lauderdale. The house includes washer/dryer, central air, fenced backyard with shed for storage, and music studio (one of the 3 bedrooms). The property is within 10 minutes driving distance of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and is fully furnished. I am asking for someone to take over the lease for my roommate who is moving out.
About the roomies
