Jhon's room

Spacious shared 3 bedroom house looking to fill larger bedroom with hard wood floors and large walk in closet for $850. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. The photos show furniture and belongings in the bedroom but it will be emptied on move-in. There is also an office room upstairs (last photo) that I am willing to make a shared space. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. I am in the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Downstairs, there is a half bathroom, furnished living room with tv, a furnished dining/ living room without tv, kitchen with dishwasher, and washer/dryer closet. There is a back patio and backyard. The garage is for storage and all of our cars will fit in the driveway. There is some storage space in the garage for a reasonable amount of extra things. I am including utilities in rent up to a certain amount. If an excess amount of water or electricity is used, you will have to pay that difference.

I own the house and run my own shipping company. I am easygoing, kind, and respectful. I work normal hours, have a normal bedtime, like to have fun, am open-minded, like to keep things clean, and like to keep things drama and stress-free. I like to make friends, motivate and inspire, and have a positive outlook on life. I am Colombian and American and I do speak Spanish. I am hoping for young professionals like myself to fill the rooms but I’m open to anyone who is honest and responsible.

I am not looking for couples or children, sorry. I may be open to pets if you can show you are a responsible pet owner of an easygoing pet. I love animals but I do not want messes, neglect, liability, aggression, or crowding. Guests are welcome for a courteous amount of time. The kitchen sink should be empty by the end of the night. I’m clean, professional, and friendly. I’ve lived in Charlotte for about 3 years now. I have experience living in healthy, shared living spaces. Ideally looking to share my home with two other young professionals, but I’m open to anyone responsible and courteous.
