About the room
I currently have a 10x11 bedroom with a private bathroom available in a 4650 square foot house. It runs at $800/month(plus your share of the utilities, which are divide by the number of people in the house) with a $800 dollar deposit.
You are encouraged to be part of the tribe/community and use all the public spaces – living rooms, kitchen, dining room, yard(with a covered patio), garage. There is also plenty of privacy to be had.
Amenities include a tankless water-heater that keeps everyone happy. There are also two stoves and two refridgerators in the kitchen, and two laundry rooms available for use. There’s plenty of nearby street parking available. The house is also 1 mile from the blue line Quatama MAX Station.
There are pets here, 2 doggos who supply a lot of energy and love to the household and we are not currently looking to add to the mix.
About the roomies
Vibrant energy abounds in this house. We are nerd central, with people into lots of different fandoms. The house is tobacco free, but is vape and 420 friendly(outside only/in the garage). Everyone is laid back and friendly. This is a large household, which requires everyone doing their share and we are looking for someone who will fit in.
