I am subleasing my one-bedroom apartment in a luxury building. It’s available to sublease from 6 months to 1 year. Apartment is in the heart of Soho/East village. Whole foods across the street. Floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and the living room. King size bed in the bedroom. Marble island and countertops in kitchen. Fully furnished with high end furniture, tv, bed. Washer/dryer, dishwasher and everything you need. Gym membership is extra $100. Professionals and serious inquiries only. 24/7 Security, doorman building. No smoking (of any kind) allowed. Rent is $7300/month, maximum 2 people (ideally a couple or two friends). No more than 2 people living in the apartment.

You will need to obtain insurance for the apartment once your application is submitted.

My apartment is kept super clean and tidy and I would expect the tenants to treat it the same. Thank you

I am subleasing due to my extended travels with the intention of coming back after 1 year. I expect my furniture to be respectfully taken care of; absolutely no parties or loud noise as it is a respectable building with serious working tenants.
