Looking for someone to join the lease in luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, East Village apartment. Private room with separate private bathroom available as early as October 15. I will be signing out of the lease and need someone to take my spot for the remainder of the lease, which goes until late April 2023. You’ll share the apartment with one other female (who works from home) & her doggy. Washer & dryer in unit, large balcony overlooking the pool, vinyl floors in shared space and carpet in bedrooms.

Location is perfect for being right outside of Gaslamp! Very walkable and a fairly newer building. Amenities include a 24hr gym, game room with bocci ball, pool & jacuzzi, courtyard with fire pits and bbqs, parcel lockers and 24hr security. Yoga Box and a soon to come Orange Theory are within the same building (discounts included). Utilities not included in rent would be for garage parking with extra storage, trash valet, SDGE, water & sewage, and WiFi (split 50/50).
