Looking for a female occupant to rent a room in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Rent will be 1,000 a month. The security deposit is more of a first months / last months type of deal. So $2000 will be due at time of move in. The room has large windows and a large closet with overhead shelves. The shared bathroom is right across the hall. There are currently 2 adults, a young child and a dog living at the residence. Since our dog is animal selective we unfortunately can’t accept pets at this time.
