Large closet and dresser comes in the room. Private bathroom but will occasionally be used if I have guests over. I cook so I’d be more than happy to offer a home cooked meal to you but you are also welcome to use the kitchen. There’s a living room that I use to watch tv but it’s yours to use upon request or feel free to watch together. 550 w/o utilities 650 with. Available asap.

I’m a DV victim and he was forced to move out after a messy court battle. Struggling to pay rent by myself now. I’ll have the main room which has an en suite and have no need to use yours. I do cook and so if you’d like some homemade meals I’d be happy to provide!
