1st Avenue

This apartment is in a terrific spot on the UES. There are 3 bedrooms, total rent is $6000, there are three rooms. The two larger rooms a smaller bedroom with great lighting. All three rooms can fit a full or queen size bed. I currently live in the master room. There is a very large kitchen with stainless steel utilities and a gas stove. There is a full bathroom that is shared between the 3 roommates. There is also a very large living room and dining room. There is a large closet in the dining room that the person with the smaller room will be able to use as they have less room space. There is laundry right across the street. This apt is a 1st floor walk up. All the rooms of the apartment are high ceilings and have tall high windows so lots of natural light in the living room.

I have resided in this apt for two years now and I LOVE it! My current roommates are leaving to live with their significant others so I am searching for new roommates. I am a therapist working fully from home. I love music and cooking and enjoy cooking for my roommates. I enjoy have people over from time to time for potlucks or occasional pregames. I am very easy to communicate with and I am looking for roommates who can communicate and are NOT passive aggressive. I would prefer no pets unless small dogs (I am a huge doggie lover). I have no preference on male or female roommates as my previous roommates were both male. No couple please!!!
