Rooms are unfurnished, rent includes costs of utilities (water, trash, & internet), does not include access to laundry and kitchen. Bath will be shared with second tenant. It is a peaceful and quiet home with two quiet/introverted individuals, great place to live with those who are also quiet. My sibling and I (20M & 24F) are extremely COVID-19 cautious with all vaccinations and boosters for your safety. Looking to rent to college students or full-time working professionals (18-30). Couples will be approved but will be an additional $200 a month. Pets are okay however, please mention what kind of pet as we have two dogs ourselves. Move in date would be 10/10.
