It’s in a PRIME location at City Point, the building sits right on top of Dekalb Market Hall, Trader Joes, Target, a movie theater and near several subway lines. Move in on 8/15 or late August. It’s a luxury apartment complex with just about everything: full time doorman, gym, terraces/rooftop, study room, laundry on every floor, bike room.


• Transportation: BQR, 2345, ACG, F, LIRR, several bus lines all within walking distance(1 stop to Canal St and 2 stops to Union SQ)
• Lease renews at the end of Oct, at which point you can decide to stay
• Your roommates are in their mid-twenties, and work normal hours in design/tech. 
• On the 16th floor, so you get the most beautiful views of Brooklyn
• Water and heat included
• The room is plenty big enough to fit a full/queen bed, and has it’s own closet and AC. Can come furnished with a desk, chair, and bed. -Basic furniture included: bed frame, big lamp, desk, clothes rack and BIG closet space
 Note: You have your own true bedroom and share a bathroom with a roomie. The unit itself is a flex.
