About the room
All bills included! Water, Wifi, Electric, and Gas. I apologize for any mess in the photos, I have just moved in a month or two ago myself and I’m still putting things away, all will be completely spotless by move -in date. It’s a small and cozy upstairs home apartment. Middle of a quiet neighborhood with no animals in home. It is a 2bd 1 bath, no washer and dryer or dishwasher. Extremely sweet home renter. Like I said it’s small but it is peaceful.
About the roomies
It is just me upstairs and the landowner downstairs, both of which are separated by locked doors in between so no unwarranted access. I play video games, and work 40 hours a week as a carpenter. Any other questions feel free to ask
