I have the basement level of my house for rent. Located in south St. Cloud close to Southway Bowl. $550 a month for rent (internet is included) and I estimate utilities to be between $125-$150 a month. There is an unfurnished carpeted bedroom, you would have your own bathroom with shower, and a living room space with an electric fireplace. The laundry room and kitchen would be shared areas. The laundry room is downstairs and the kitchen is located upstairs. I have a two stall garage that you would be able to use one stall for your vehicle. I do have a fenced backyard. No drug use. If you smoke cigarettes you will need to do so outside.

I’m recently single and looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, and will clean up after themselves. I work M-F sometimes in the office and sometimes from home. I have a dog and would put a gate up so she wouldn’t go downstairs into your space.
