If you know a college student looking for a room in Riverside, CA please send them my way. I’m URGENTLY sub-leasing my room near UCR. Must sign on to be here from now until at least August 2024. Must be a lady. Room is $1008/month all utilities included. In-unit washer & dryer. 5 minutes from UCR, 20 minutes from CBU, 15 minutes from RCC. If you have friends you would like to live with, please let me know, there are also 2 other rooms in the apartment that need to be sub-leased.

You will be taking over my room. There are 3 other girls who live in the apartment who are also moving out. They each have their own room and bathroom. Everyone is a college student. Most of the time everyone sticks to themselves.
