Nice 12x12 room plus a wide closet in a brand new quiet home that is located in the Lake of the Woods community. The neighborhood is gated and monitored and has a clubhouses, pools, a lake, golf course, gym, tennis courts. etc. Bills (electricity, fast internet, water, appliances, cable) $additional $150/month. Cats are welcome with an additional $100/month. I can provide furniture without cost if you need it and also another room with a small additional fee.

About the roomies

I am a Government contractor. I’m not at home most of the day. We are all quiet and friendly people for living here. All guests are already cleared in their background check.
