The home will be shared with my girlfriend and I (the owner), we live on the second floor. We are clean, quiet, respectful working professionals in our 30s/early 40s. We are not partiers. We do have a small dog (Yorkie).

Home is mostly furnished but tenant is welcome to bring their own furniture as well.

It is located in Baltimore’s highly desirable historic Federal Hill neighborhood in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants (including the newly renovated Cross Street Market) and nightlife. 10 minute walk to M&T bank stadium and Federal Hill Park.
