We are renting the room weekly with a first week and security deposit of $550 to move in. There is a weekly lease agreement attached to the rental to protect both tenant and landlord. You will be sharing the bathroom with other roommates along with common areas such as living room and kitchen. This is a large space with a huge back yard.
