Actively looking for a roommate! I am a 23 year old girl, quiet, down the earth person who lives a semi-active lifestyle with cars and horses. Would prefer a woman roommate just to keep things safe and not awkward. This is my first time every living with a roommate so I would like it to be a really positive experience. I have owned my home for 5 years now and am getting a divorce which is why I am looking.

Located in West Valley, down a gravel road right off Ahtanum. Quiet neighborhood, not a thru street so very safe. My house has cameras so I will always know who is coming and going. 1 acre lot. I will be extremely picky with who I choose to share my home with. Credit check and background check required. Must show proof of steady income. This is not a flop house, a trap house or a brothel. I want someone who is like me, quiet, respectful, CLEAN, will help with inside and outside chores (moving water, mowing, weed eating, etc). NO drama, NO parties, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. (Marijuana OK)

Pets OK but they must be good with cats and other dogs. We would share the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Tenant would have access to a room to store items in my shop within reason. The bedroom is pretty small, but you would have access to the living room right down the hall to hang out in that we would share. The living room does not have a TV, but if you were to bring one it would be communal.

I have full hookups at my home and would also consider someone who lives in their motor home and needs a cheaper spot to stay. (Price can be decided upon at a later time if you want to do that)

$650 a month rent, pet deposit required. Utilities not included.
