Hello! I have a room for rent in a modest apartment in Fort Collins. I live here with my dog, so I’d like to find someone who is dog friendly. She is a Great Pyrenees. The price is so low because I’m looking for someone who works a lot and wants to save money by primarily renting a room. Shared bathroom and kitchen. I’ll be paying the bulk of the rent since it’ll be furnished with my belongings (outside what would be your room) and I work from home.
$600 includes all utilities, except internet.
