Hello! I’m a 31 yr old female looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 ba apartment. My current roommate is moved out and looking for someone to take her spot as soon as possible. The spot is close to USD and fashion valley mall. There is street parking but never an issue to find a spot. No washer or dryer in unit but there is a laundromat about 2 min drive away. Rent is 825 plus utilities that average about $65. There is a 800 deposit required from landlords. Looking for someone as soon as possible. Lease would be 6mo and then month to month.

The space would be shared with just myself. I work in education and enjoy spending time with friends and watching sports so typically stay busy but also enjoy nights in watching tv. Looking for someone who is respectful of common areas and financially stable to sign a lease. No smoking or pets. Looking for another working professional in similar age range.
