Required before moving in: Proof of income/job, 1st month’s rent + $500 security deposit to move in.

I’m a full-time engineer, with no pets and dogs, the house is freshly renovated. I work 9/80 schedule so, I’m home most of the time when I’m not at work or at the gym. Right now there is no other tenants at the house right now, its just me with 3 other empty rooms Looking forward on rooming with you
