I’m moving into a gorgeous apartment near McDowell Mountain. It has a small private backyard as is totally updated.

You will be renting directly for me and have the flexibility of month-to-month renting.

The price includes bills as I will have everything in my name and take care of it.

The bathroom will be shared! I’m looking for someone who is very cleanly and minimal. I’m a super laid back person and work a 9-5. On weekends I love to go out to downtown, do some film photography or just have a spooky movie night in.

I’m a 24 year old professional working in non-profit. I’ve been in AZ most of my life except for living in SF over this past summer (it was amazing!!!). I will furnish all the common spaces and have a knack for interior decoration so I promise it will be gorgeous. All I ask is you please respect my things as they are investment pieces for me!
