Looking for a 20+ roommate for a 2b2b! There’ll be a large single bedroom with its own bathroom available in early November. Located near WFU campus (5 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking), 15 minutes from Forsyth Tech.
The rent is $895 a month - I pay $420 and my current roommate pays $475 and this can be negotiated - and utilities are around $100 per person. W/D included.
