Brenda's room

I am renting the spare room and bathroom in my apartment. The room is furnished with an Armoire and Full-Size mattress. Located within a few miles of downtown Redlands and Loma Linda University. Amenities include a pool, spa, gym, and tennis courts. Tennant would have full use of the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.

I work full-time so I am gone most of the day. I am clean and respectful and would appreciate the same in a roommate. Students are welcome. Feel free to message me with any questions.
