Looking for a traveling nurse's room

Hello. I have a room available to rent in a beautiful new home. You would have your own bathroom right outside the room. The room is furnished as well.

Home is located minutes from Travis Air Force Base, and 10 minutes from nearby hospitals. Prefer to rent to a traveling nurse or flight attendant. Rent will be on a 1-3 month agreement depending on your assignment. Utilities included, house has security alarm, plenty of parking in front, and in a wonderful safe neighborhood.

I do have two dogs that are house dogs so you must be okay with that. They do not go into your bedrooms.

You would be sharing the house with two adults, one female and one male. Adult children do come home from college for school vacations but have their own room.
