What: private bath and primary bedroom in 3/3 townhouse

Price: $1452, this includes rent, gas/sewer/trash, and a parking spot in a private garage attached to the house. Cost not included: internet and xcel

Deposit: I paid $1105 for the deposit on this unit, but only want a deposit of $500. it was split 3 ways between my roommates and I. I am unable to get this money back as the other roommates will still be on the lease but this money will be given back to whoever the 3 people on the lease are at move out. I’m looking to move into my own place asap and want to secure a new person on the lease asap and just trying to recoup some of the funds I put down on the unit for my next apartments deposit.

Where: lohi/jefferson park area, close to the broncos stadium

When: I will be moving out by the end of October. Open to a late October or early November move in date. The lease lasts until the end of June 2023, at that point you and the roommates can decide if you want to resign.

Why: Looking to move into my own apartment as I now work fully remote and got an increase in pay.

Who: You will be moving in with 2 other ladies, ages 23/24. They like the outdoors, live music, cooking, working out, hanging out and painting. They work in the legal field and are mostly gone at work during the day until later into the evening.

Animals: the girls have 2 ESA cats, they each have one! They are super sweet cats and spend more of their time in their respective rooms. They are animal lovers and another cat on the property is ok with the home owner.

Rent payments: We rent through a property management company called keyrenter. All payments are paid to their website.

The unit: It is a 3/3 townhouse. There is one bedroom on each floor that each have a private bath. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and are on the 2nd floor. There is a large deck on the third floor, next to the primary room which I am leasing. There is an in unit washer & dryer on the 3rd floor.

What you will be getting: The primary bedroom on the third floor. It gets amazing natural light and is a decent sized room. It included an attached private bathroom that includes a double sink and ample storage. There is a walk in close in the unit with shelve storage in it. The deck is next to this bedroom, as well as the laundry. You will also get a parking spot in the private garage attached to the unit.

I will attach a link to the unit. Things to note on the photos: the living room is the blue room, it is now painted a neutral tone. The green bedroom is the primary bedroom, the one for lease, and it is not painted a neutral tone as well.
