Non-negotiable rules The house is dog friendly with a doggie door to a fenced-in area. Your medium-sized breed and below are welcome provided they can get along. however, my three small breed dogs are my fur babies. They’re well mannered but the common areas are shared.

• Please let me know if something breaks or if you accidentally break something it’s not the end of the world.
• Deposit and pet deposit are refundable provided nothing serious goes wrong
