We are right next to downtown Haymarket, across from UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center (would be great for hospital staff). The property has ample free parking, a large shared kitchen, a spacious shared living area, and a private room. There is extremely quick, convenient access to 66 for commuters, and plenty to do nearby in Haymarket for local/remote workers. Gig speed internet included, utilities included.

I own the property and live here with one friend of mine. We are both 27 yr. old males who are very laid back and easy to get along with. We like to hang out and cook the occasional dinner, hang out in the living area or the garage, and have friends over from time to time. We keep to normal hours and respect all sleep and social habits. We are accepting and respectful of anyone who is respectful of us, we would prefer to have someone who likes to be social with us and has some things in common, but that is certainly not required.
