We are looking for someone (ideally one person due to the small size of the apartment, but we will consider an additional person at $1650.00) to take on the lease, beginning September 1st, with the option to extend. A longer-term lease is also an option. This mother-in-law is a cozy (660 sq.ft.), cute 1-bedroom, One full bathroom, attached mother-in-law apartment with a full kitchen, currently not furnished, but can be for a little extra monthly cost.
