#The name of the apt. is ‘district on 5th’ #My apt room is 4*4 renovated one. I think the renovation is done this year so whole thing is new. #Lease term is until 23.7.31 #You can visit the property website to see the details. (There are many amenities like study room , swimming pool, fitness center) #Some bills are included but gas and electricity is not included but Idk the exact price because they didn’t charge me the bill yet #Close from sunlink stop, so though you don’t have car it’s not a big problem. #Since I’m exchange student for 22 fall, I don’t need some stuff anymore, so I can sell them at cheap price if you want.
