My place is near the Northridge Park and Aquatics Center, California State University-Northridge, and (and not too far from) Pierce College, the 118, 405, and 5 Freeways, two gyms, restaurants, shopping, the Police and Fire Departments.

The renter would have his own 150 square feet bedroom in a quiet section and a private 50 square feet bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub, and plenty of storage. In addition, roomie has living room, kitchen, and commons area privileges complete with cable T.V. (There is a separate cable hook-up in his bedroom, but he would be responsible for hooking up an account in his own name and paying his own cable bill if he chooses not to use the T. V. In the living room). Also included is use of a washer and dryer located in the garage. My place is in a secure, gated community complete with swimming pool and whirlpool. At this time, no garage space is available, so street parking is available. There is a $725 security deposit due upon signing the rental agreement.
