I (28m) own the house and work full time. I’m very relaxed and mostly keep to myself at home.

Roommate (26m) is a long time friend of mine, and also mostly keeps to himself at home.

We are both musicians but keep it down for the most part. We keep the house clean and tidy. We both work normal daytime hours, hybrid office/WFH. We sometimes have friends over for casual drinks and fun on the weekends but not often.

There are 2 large dogs on the property. Must be okay with being in contact with them.
