We have an extra room (can either be furnished or unfurnished) in a recently updated house that we’re living in and are hoping to fill it with someone we could get along with so please let us know if you’re interested so we can get to know each other better.

The property is a single family home that is a 4 bed 2 bath with a large professionally maintained yard and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Furnished kitchen and living room are shared spaces. The bathroom is shared amongst only 1 other (female) roommate as we have our own bathroom.
