Renting out 1 bedroom to tenant who does not mind living with 2 other males in their 20s-30s. We do welcome pets, however the pet must be at least 25lbs or less. There is a shared bathroom between 2 people, however there is also another 1/2 bathroom located downstairs that may be used for personal use to maintain own bathroom feel. Tenant would have access to the community amenities such as pool and hot tub as well as the tennis court. Tenant may park in the driveway and there is also street parking.

Ideal tenant would not mind living with 2 other young adult males in their 20s-30s. Both of them are socially active and are Christians that regularly go to church. Do not mind alcohol but do not do any drugs or smoke.
