-Electricity, Water, Internet, Washer/ Dryer, and kitchen space will be provided. -Bathrooms will be shared. (main restroom and half restroom) -Located in a very safe neighborhood with a nature trail and fishing pond near -ADT Security is armed every night, and you will be given your own personal security code.

-Target, HEB, Walmart, and much more plazas nearby.

-No Heavy Drinking or Hard Drugs -We have 2 cats so we rather not have any more pets but are open to it.

• Rooms won’t be shared once it’s yours you may paint or make them in your own comfort space.
• Talk to us about overnight guests no more than 1 night
• Respect the house and clean up after yourself.

We are a young couple who enjoy PC gaming. We play League of Legends, Valorant, PUBG and much more! we would like to get people who match our hobbies and interest. We love music From Indie Rock such as The Strokes. One of us attends UTSA and the other works. We are very positive and enjoy making new friends.
