Everything in this house has been renovated. The carpets and paint are brand new. There is only one bathroom so you will have to share with the others. The room itself is spacious and has a closet for storing clothing and whatever else you have.

The other two roommates are very responsible and respectful. I am only moving because I found a cheaper place to live at. We were all required to have a criminal and credit background check run on all of us so expect to have one done by the landowner if you are considered. Once the background checks are done, the landowner will decide if you are a good fit or not.
