Unfurnished room available with a private bath. There is a furnished room if a student or visiting international was interested. The utilities are included and use of kitchen also. For streaming or cable, you would have to do that on your own. A written agreement will be provided. Our house is near to Mall of Georgia and I-85 (Lawrenceville/Buford). Our subdivision is very quiet and safe. We do have three pets (all rescues), a small dog and two cats. So, no further pets can be considered. We’ve had housemates before. Our approach is that you can be as sociable with us or private as you feel most comfortable. The layout of our home certainly allows for that. The rooms are part of a “split design” home. The roomie area and bath are on one side of the home and the Master Suite on the other. We highly suggest a visit to see the house and room for yourself. A sense of “chemistry” for a housemate is critical. We’ve had good and bad experiences so we have become very selective.

My background is higher education, Asst. Prof of Mgt, and she works in the supermarket industry as an Asst. Mgr. We have never been party animals, but we are intelligent, well-educated, conversational and worldly. Speaking for myself - I’ve been…around the block! :-) Our perspective is rather international in nature. I’ve taught college courses in 8 countries and my wife is from another country. I’ve written a book on organizational behaviour, one short booklet on a current topic and also a booklet of my poetry.
