Big old house with lots of character, located on the Delaware river in Bristol PA—the river is literally IN the back yard with easy access for swimming, fishing, and boating. The room (available now) is 15’ by 15’, has a large closet, 2 large windows (one with a view of the river), and is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk and is $700 per month. It has hardwood floors and shares two bathrooms with 2 other women. The rent includes all utilities and high speed internet ad use of washer and dryer. (If you want air conditioning in summer that would be extra–$20 per month when using) Housemates share in the cleaning of all the common areas; kitchen, dining room, large 3-season sunroom. (We have lawn guys, so don’t need to share in yardwork.) There is storage space available in the garage and basement for bicycles or other items.
Bristol has a cute downtown area with good restaurants, a great library, live performance theater, and Amish Market within walking distance of the house.

We are 3 singles: 2 women and one guy looking for a compatible person to share our house with. We enjoy crafting, reading, yoga, hiking, camping, kayaking on the river and basically being outdoors and active. We are friendly, considerate, and drama free. We like to socialize, but also like alone time. We work regular hours and some evenings. We are a non-smoking, pet free house.
