Ogden Avenue

Hi, we (2 males) are looking to renew a lease with one new roommate. We live on Ogden Ave in Jersey City, fantastic location, really nice NYC views, near light rail and great bus routes, right outside of Hoboken, multiple ways to get to the Hoboken path in under 15 min, and right next to a beautiful park. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath, fully renovated last year, good amount of space, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and decent-good street parking.

We had 3 people (2 males, 1 female) living here but one is going to move out at the end of the lease, so we are looking for someone to take her place. My name is Cooper and the other roommate is Liam (24), I’m 27, I work for the NBA, I workout, cook, and have been learning some music (respectful of times and noise of course). We have a pretty good set up here and we kind of mind our own business but we’re both friendly, considerate, and clean.
