Maybe this will work for you….Im looking for someone to share this house with me. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY  My current lease ends October 15th and I would like to stay where I am-I just need a roommate so I can save up some money. I am looking for a no drama, addiction free, professional roommate. I am only looking for only one roommate ans am not interested in living with a couple. Age, sex, orientation, race, religion, are non issues. Just be normal and neat. Social events ( parties/cook outs/etc) and overnight guests are fine on occasion with a little notice but absolutely can not be abused. NO significant other can move in without approval and rent adjustment. More than 7 days need to be discussed in advance. Sorry- no cats. Compatible dogs that are approved are allowed. The house is located within a block of Saratoga Hospital. I would like to sublet basically the entire upstairs of a split level home. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room upstairs. The full bath would be shared for showers only. The kitchen would be shared as well. There is a large front yard and a large back yard with a fire pit and small shed. Driveway. Garage. Washer and dryer on site.   The house is located at the end of the street in a cul de sac about a block away from Saratoga Hospital in a quiet neighborhood. The rent would be $950/month and does not include utilities or lawn care - which would be split and which I work pretty hard at keeping as low as possible. Please only serious inquiries.
