Hope's room

Hi! I am looking for a roommate for the third bedroom in my Eastport house. There are two roommates (myself and one other person). We are both in our early 20s and also relatively quiet, low maintenance roommates. The house has large common areas, lots of built in storage space and a big backyard, also shed access for extra storage. It’s a twenty minute walk to Main street. Pets OK. Open to month - month or a longer term lease. Rent is $850/monthly and an equal security deposit. Gas and electric not included but it comes out to about $50 per person per month.

Early 20s I work as a nanny in Annapolis and other roommate is in the line of mechanics and odd jobs. We both keep very easy company. I’m out often; either working in my studio space or nannying.
