Hi! looking for a female roommate to move in to my two bedroom one bath townhome. The rent includes water and garbage so just split PG&E and wifi at the end of the month. I do have a small dog so hoping to have someone who is responsible with dogs and loves them. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed. Parking is street parking but there is always a lot of street parking available! Floors are also newly updated to hardwood!

I’m looking for someone who’s easy going, loves dogs, and who I can hopefully become friends with so that we can have a fun comfortable living environment. Someone who also has a full time job and is respectful as for noise, and guest.
