Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom in our beautiful 2 floor Mission/Bernal home!!

The basics

• 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2,305 sq ft
• 10min walk from: 24th st bart, Valencia St, tech shuttles, Bernal Hill, cute cafes with your choice of 3$ or 7$ coffee :))
• in-unit washer/dryer
• water + garbage included in rent
• pge + wifi split in 5, avg 40~50/person
• unfurnished - old roommate will leave an ikea futon, a bedframe, maybe the coffee table

The extras:

• kitchen has dishwasher + wine fridge!
• upstairs loft with sky lights - we currently have work-from-home setups up there
• no pets unfortunately :(

We’re 4 early-mid twenties all working in tech! 3 girls and 1 guy - we have 1 couple sharing 1 room.

We like to keep things clean and tidy in the common areas. While we all enjoy and respect our private space, we’re overall a social group - roomie activities have included Boardgames, charcuterie, karaoke, camping, and just hanging out!
