Kim's room

This room is in a newly renovated apartment that has very reasonable street parking. It is a safe and small complex that is kept very clean. The apartment itself is a two bedroom one bath on the ground floor, it has access to a private gated backyard. The room being offered has a closet and large window that allows for a lot of light. The room does not face the sunrise though so a lot of light comes in the afternoon, which keeps the room a more reasonable temperature in the summer. As mentioned the apartment is newly renovated and has an updated kitchen and bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available in unit. This location is near a few universities: University of Western States, Portland State University, and University of Portland. There is a Fred Meyer for groceries within biking distance and there are a few cute restaurants and bars nearby that are within walking distance. It is also close to Mt. Tabor which is great for hiking and enjoying scenic views.

I am currently a student pursuing a doctorate, and I am mostly a morning person. I am not big into partying but I do enjoy throwing the occasional dinner party or study session in the main living area. I have a dog and snake, the snake’s terrarium is in my bedroom(but just a head’s up for anyone who might be afraid of snakes). The dog is very friendly and very well trained, but she is very fluffy. So despite cleaning regularly there is always some white hair around the apartment. She is also on a morning schedule, so we would love to look at perspective roomies who like dogs and prefer to keep a daytime schedule.
