Kevin's room

The private room is spacious and comes with a queen size bed with nice modern frame, a large closet (not walk-in), and decent size window. Carpet throughout & clean. We’ll share the bathroom (which is average size and kept clean) and the dining space & kitchen. I’ll occupy the living room space.

I won’t be home that often as I work full time and go out with friends. So you’ll have the place to yourself sometimes. There is street parking around building.

I’m very laid back, cool, & friendly. I live a simple lifestyle. I go to work, I’m an artist, I hang out with friends sometimes. Looking for more friends. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
