Shawn's room

Basement room with a walk-in closet. The room is year-round cool. The room has a fire escape window. Shower is outside of it by one door and the bathroom steps from that. Refrigerator outside the room to put your food in. View pictures to see more. The only thing you will have to pay is rent and go half on gas and electric with me. Everything else is included.

My name is Shawn and I’m currently in school. I work full time. My older brother lives with me and he works full time to. I’m the silent type while he is the more outspoken type but he keeps to hes self. The house is our parents, has a backyard, garage(Treadmill and more in it) plently of parking room. New air condition system, basement fire place and more.
