Penelope's room

It is located in a beautiful community across from Lely Resort. It has everything you can imagine, a large pool, lap pool, tennis, pickle ball, large gym, post office, car wash, gas station and I may have left something out. The house is furnished. It is a gated community. I would like you to provide a background check. The security deposit will not be used as last month’s rent.

Please post a current photo of yourself if you respond to my Roommate post. I live alone although there are 3 bedrooms I will be renting only one. Water and electric bills will be shared. . I work part-time and try to keep busy on time off.
I would like the potential roommate to be working full time:)
