This is a completely separate area (in-law suite) with private furnished bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Home lies in a beautiful and peaceful community that lies on the lake with amenities of docks, tennis courts, pickleball court, walking trails, gym and pools. These and all utilities (wifi) are included. It’s a great way to have all of your privacy without the expenses of renting your own place and utility sharing, plus no chore issues with others. Home lies convenient to the airport, I-85, I-485, WWC and only 15 minutes to Uptown.

Other half of home in back unit is occupied by two professionals who are quiet, respectful, clean and friendly w/out being invasive.
