The house is occupied by 3 people already (2 females and 1 male), we are very clean and respectful so this room is perfect for a person who is looking for a clean place with respectful housemates. There are many spaces for parking, and there is also a washer/dryer in the garage available for use at any time. We also have a fridge in the garage for more additional space for all the occupants

We all have very busy schedules, so we are either working from home or barely home. This room is ideal for a traveling nurse or someone who is always on the go. You will be sharing a bathroom with a male who is very clean so it would be ideal for you to also be clean. There is also a half bathroom downstairs that you can use as well. At the end of the day we are all super chill, keep to ourselves, and are just focused on our careers/businesses. There are two cats here. So, unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
