10 minute walk to downtown, but it’s down the steep stretch of Monroe. Just a block from Huckleberries and 3 blocks from Rosaures.

The price doesn’t include internet or utilities, that cost averages to around $80 a month per person during the winter.

Overall, this is a pleasant and spacious apartment with a good location!

I am 23 and pretty new to Spokane, looking for a new roommate. I’m pretty easygoing and looking for somebody similar. No tobacco, weed is fine but just take it outside. I don’t have any pets, but I am down for a cat or a dog if you have one.
